Oversized cargo requires a non-standard approach at every stage. Dimensions and weight exceed the limits of regular trucks, so the shipment must be planned from scratch: which vehicle to use, which route to take, which permits to obtain, how to cross the border. We solve all of these tasks as a single turnkey service.

We handle cargo that cannot be shipped in a standard container or on a regular flatbed truck. Typical examples include:

If the cargo exceeds standard dimensions (length over 13.6 m, width over 2.55 m, height over 4 m, or weight over 20 tonnes), it qualifies as oversized and requires special transportation arrangements.

How we work

1. Cargo assessment. You provide cargo dimensions, weight, and photos. We evaluate the shipment and select the appropriate vehicle type.
2. Route planning. We map the route from the factory in China to your site in Russia, identifying all restrictions: low bridges, narrow roads, weight-limited sections, border crossings.
3. Permits and documentation. We obtain all necessary road permits, border crossing authorizations, and escort vehicle arrangements. We prepare the full set of documents for customs clearance.
4. Loading and transport. The cargo is loaded at the supplier's facility, secured on the specialized trailer, and transported along the approved route with escort vehicles where required.
5. Customs and delivery. We handle customs clearance at the border and deliver the cargo to the final destination, including unloading coordination if needed.
