The main advantage of air freight is speed. We select one of three formats to match your needs:

Express — 2–3 days. We pick up the cargo immediately and put it on the nearest flight: the next day it's in Russia, one day for clearance and collection. Maximum speed, higher rate.
Standard — 4–8 days. We book space in advance — the best price-to-speed ratio.
Combined (air + road) — 8–14 days (typically around 12). Cargo travels by road to an airport in Russia's Far East (e.g. Khabarovsk), then by domestic flight across Russia. Saves 30–40% compared to direct air freight.

Pricing and What It Depends On

The rate is calculated per kilogram and depends on weight: the larger the shipment, the lower the rate per kg. Key thresholds are 40 kg, 100 kg, and 300 kg. Benchmark for China — from 30 CNY/kg; the exact rate depends on the departure airport and weight. In addition to the base air freight, there are charges for the air waybill and cargo pickup from the shipper's warehouse to the airport — these are calculated individually and depend on the warehouse distance. We will calculate the current rate for your cargo upon request.

Transparent Weight and Volume Re-calculation

We prepare the calculation based on data provided by the client or the shipper. At the airport, the cargo is physically re-weighed and re-measured. If the actual weight and volume differ from the declared values, the airline recalculates the freight. We warn about this in advance and keep the calculation transparent.

How We Work

Contract. We agree on the calculation, sign the contract and the freight forwarding order.
Connecting parties. You provide the shipper's contacts, we provide our agent's contacts; we promptly connect the shipper and the agent to save time.
Booking. We book space on the flight.
Cargo pickup. The shipper confirms readiness — the agent picks up the cargo.
Arrival and customs terminal. The cargo flies out and arrives at the airport customs terminal in Russia — it enters the bonded warehouse at the airport.
Customs. We promptly receive the documents, file the declaration, and release the cargo.
Delivery. We deliver the cargo to your warehouse as agreed.
